By using our AI models and chatbot features, you acknowledge and agree that your usage data and conversation interactions may be collected. This data is used to save your conversation history to your account for a seamless experience, personalize AI responses to better suit your needs, and train and improve the quality of our AI systems over time. All data collection is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the ACC platform — including AI models, games, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Algorithmic Computer-Generated Consciousness and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ACC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACC, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from: (i) your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. AI-generated content may occasionally include language, topics, or outputs that some users may find offensive, inappropriate, disturbing, or objectionable. This is an inherent characteristic of large language models and generative AI systems.
ACC does not review, pre-screen, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or safety of any content generated by its AI models.
ACC is not responsible for any harm, distress, offense, or damage — emotional, psychological, financial, reputational, or otherwise — resulting from AI-generated content.
You use ACC's AI features entirely at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to evaluate the suitability of AI-generated content for your needs.
ACC expressly disclaims all liability for claims arising from the content, tone, accuracy, or nature of AI-generated outputs.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ACC and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that content you submitted or generated through the Service caused damage to a third party.
